Workshops
Grant Readiness Boot Camp
Three Sessions | Nine Hours
Born of our flagship seminar developed in 2018, our Grant Readiness Boot Camp is designed to get your nonprofit grant ready. Get ready to:
develop your messaging, including an outline of a general operating proposal narrative
take a deep dive into the list of the most common required attachments
work through strategies and resources for prospect research and project management
You’ll leave this workshop series with a “readiness” score based on common panel review criteria and an action plan for how to tackle that first proposal.
We’re proud to share that multiple clients have garnered first-time grant awards from this series.
Board Fundraising Seminar
One Session | One Hour
This customized workshop will provide your board with a practical understanding of fundraising practices. In alignment with the Artistic Fundraising methodology, we will pair this work with a creative, workshop-style approach to developing portfolios, next steps, and action items to be carried forth by the board in the short- and long-term.
Individual Giving Strategy

major gifts and cultivation portfolios
opportunities for donor stewardship
tips for prospecting and data/relationship management
We’ll foster an environment of creative collaboration to put these efforts into action today—and for years to come.
